These Terms govern your use of the games, apps, and services provided by Ghetto Blaster AB (“Ghetto Blaster,” “we,” “us”). By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

1. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store's terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the apps except as the law allows.

2. Accounts

When you use our games and apps, an account is created for you — often anonymous and running in the background, even where there's no visible sign-in step. You can optionally sign in (for example, with Sign in with Apple) to save and sync your progress across devices, at which point we link that identity to your account. You're responsible for keeping any credentials secure and for activity under your account, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time, directly in the app — see Support.

3. Purchases

Purchases made inside our apps are processed by the app store you downloaded them from (for example, the Apple App Store), under that store's terms. Refunds are handled by the store. Virtual items have no cash value and are licensed, not sold.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use our apps to break the law, infringe others' rights, cheat or exploit, harass other users, or disrupt our services. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

5. Our content

The apps, including their code, art, audio, characters, and the Ghetto Blaster name and mark, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We keep all rights not expressly granted to you.

6. Disclaimers

Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghetto Blaster is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

9. Apple App Store

This section applies when you obtain our apps through the Apple App Store. These Terms are between you and Ghetto Blaster only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the apps or their content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the apps. If an app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the apps — including product-liability, regulatory, or third-party intellectual-property claims — which are handled by us as set out in these Terms. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist-supporting,” and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes are subject to the courts of Stockholm — without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
